I just posted a do it yourself on youtube!
I filmed it using the Nikon D5100! Cool huh?
So this is my version of the Brush Guard. I know you can just buy it but i figured I dont really want to spend soo much money.
My solution was to come up with another way to dry my brushes. I came up with this idea after I saw the Michelle Phan video about the B.G. and I thought I needed to do that kind of stuff.
But I tell you, you dont need to spend that kind of money when you can just diy it... you know.
By using a regular bamboo sushi wrapping rolling thingy, I was able to dry my brushes the same way, and cheaper!
I found these wrappers at my kitchen and just used a regular hair tie to hold it together. I got this idea by seeing how chinese brushes were used to dry using like a paper mat.
So yea you can use anything you would like!

applying to dental schools is hard work but i know it is do-able!
I am soo grateful that i did it though, because even though i dont get in, i have experienced and challenged myself more and more.
Although i dont feel as if i have accomplished anything i know that one day i am going to be a dentist and start working with my very own patients and going to mission trips to improve my community as well as other countries that need medical help.
studying for the dat is all good but i really would like to come back to shadowing again...
i miss it... huuu it keeps me motivated because i see what i want to be!
but yea i need to study some quantitative reasoning sooo let me do another blog and yea!

Well I can say my passion but really its the determination to know more...

I don’t know but this January I’ve liked a lot of natural toned make up. I think it is because I am growing out of having a lot of color but then again, watching other youtube gurus kind of inspire me to determine what my next make up look would be. Instead of using eyeliner I put different shades of brown on my lid creating a look that is rather elegant and natural. Its all about the rosy cheeks as well, cold days makes my cheeks rosy and enhancing them is even better. I guess what I’m aiming for is a winter/ ready for spring look. I just love the look. So basically to sum it up, shades of browns on the eye, full and long lashes, rosy cheeks and a natural lip. I believe that if you don’t need foundation and your skin is just awesome don’t cover it up but if there is some places that you need covering then just cover it. But oh well I could only find one picture that shows the look I’ve been loving! I only have one cause I'm not really a picture whore lol. btw its also my profile pic in fb and oh I noticed is that I used eyeliner for this look but with or without eyeliner is all good (thats cause I was going to a concert that night!)
My facebook status says, "Scared therefore I never follow through." I said that cause I realized that yes I have all these ideas in my head saying, yea I should do this, I should do that but with some odd reason I never seem to talk the talk and walk the walk. Irritating to the fact that probably I would have accomplished more with what I have.
Its funny how I'm not even doing anything with my application process for dental school and I'm stressing out already!
Oh well somehow I feel like I should blog about this simple status that means a lot to me. Makes you somewhat wonder that other people are thinking about when they post things on facebook.
I am very excited for this semester! Last year was not the year for me. Looking behind, I can see how far back I’ve fallen into.
Now, I am determined! I can feel that the tides have changed…
I’m pretty sure everyone is feeling the way I do.
I know this because my friend said last year was not really a very good year. He’s a superstitious man, and he said that since he was the year of the snake, the year of the tiger was not working for him because the snake and the tiger are enemies. Then he went through another scenario that the snake ‘people’ had a horrible time last year… Then I thought to myself, I’m a snake! And in one year’s time I could tell that somehow I wasn’t really putting my 100% effort into things, especially school. Although lets just say I am determined and nothing will stop me!
Sometimes I figure, what’s the reason for me to do this blogging thing? Is someone going to even look at this, pause, and read something I’m jibberjabbing about? But I guess like any modern day young adult like me can say that there is a certain fascination about documenting everything that they can online. But I guess that’s the adventure! Knowing that the world may one day realize you’re here, living and possibly alive. Immortalizing yourself, I think is a captivation of all this.
Moving on to more jibberjabbing… hmmm…
Its scary to find out your weaknesses, in a way because it can consume you and make you, you.
I plan to break free from my weaknesses and start anew.
The thing that holds me back and the thing that propels me forward are stressful!
Finally I had some time to buy a toothbrush! I've usually prefer to use the manual brush but it wasn't really working out for me, so I bought a Oral-B professional care 3000. Well there was a cheaper version of it but I figured might as well spend the money with a better one, the one that can last longer.
To all college students, FINALS are coming near! What are some ways to motivate you to study?

Ahh! Just done my cleaning from the dental hygienist! Gosh I was really bad this time around, my dental examination showed that I'm on the verge of getting periodontal disease! Ah!! Well I know I've been lazy lately but I figured brushing would do the work, not! I need to practice what I preach! Gosh that was soo embarrassing! I'm determined to floss everyday! I don't want to loose my precious, beautiful teeth! To those lazy people who dont like to floss... FLOSS!! You dont want to be that guy on the far right picture! BWAHAHAHA okok

Hey guys! I got these circle lenses from kiwiberry-1 collection (http://www.kiwiberry1-collection.com/), and I have to be honest, I love them. My first impressions were that whoa! Dark Green! Pretty! This is because it really doesn’t show as bright green but a subtle dark green. They were really comfortable; it was like I wasn’t wearing one at all. If you have dark brown eyes like mine, it would blend well giving it an almost natural green eye color. I know it doesn't really show but click on the picture and you'll see it better. BTW, I have a tutorial for this look but I don't know if I should do it, let me know if at least one of you guys want to know how to get this look.
