Ahh! Just done my cleaning from the dental hygienist! Gosh I was really bad this time around, my dental examination showed that I'm on the verge of getting periodontal disease! Ah!! Well I know I've been lazy lately but I figured brushing would do the work, not! I need to practice what I preach! Gosh that was soo embarrassing! I'm determined to floss everyday! I don't want to loose my precious, beautiful teeth!
